Rouen SNCF train station is 800 meters from the Hôtel Cardinal. Many trains run daily between Paris and Rouen. Taxis are available outside the SNCF train station.
From the A13 or A28, follow signs for the city center and historic center. The Cathedral Parking is located 150 meters from the hotel.
